Jeff received his Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Wyoming. While at the University of Wyoming, Jeff worked as an Athletic Trainer for the Football, Basketball, Wrestling and Tennis teams.
Jeff received his Masters Degree from the University of Oklahoma where he also served as a member of the University of Oklahoma Athletic Training Staff. At OU, Jeff’s responsibilities included serving as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Sooners top ranked Wrestling program, as well teaching Athletic Training to student athletic trainers.
After a rewarding experience with Wyoming, and OU, Jeff next attended the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle where he received his training as a Physicians Assistant. During his education as a Physician Assistant he received training in Orthopedics, Vascular Surgery, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Emergency and Internal Medicine.
Jeff has served on the Sports Medicine staff for the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program, NCAA Wrestling Championships, USA Wrestling, NCAA Women’s Softball World Series, and the Professional Bull Riders Association.
Jeff is a member of several professional organizations including: American Academy of Physician Assistants, Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants, Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery, American Association of Surgical Physician Assistants, and National Athletic Trainers Association.
Jeff is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant and National Athletic Trainers Board of Certification. Jeff is licensed to practice medicine in Missouri and Illinois.
